It's to test a structural sample with the actual bottle or jar before mass production. The test should check product movement, insert pressure, removal space and box closure. Can you reproduce or improve an existing cosmetic box if I do not have the dieline?

An existing cosmetic box can usually be reproduced without its original dieline. A physical sample, product dimensions and clear reference photographs can be used to rebuild the structure. Instead of copying it exactly, PACKZINO can also adjust the size, insert, material or opening method to correct fitting, protection and assembly problems.
