Production Resources Behind Your Packaging Orders

Once specifications are approved, your project moves through printing, die-cutting, finishing, assembly, inspection and export packing. PACKZINO coordinates these stages with two Heidelberg presses, three Komori presses and three production lines.

Two Heidelberg and three Komori presses support offset printing for folding cartons, rigid boxes, paper bags and other printed packaging.
Dedicated production lines coordinate die-cutting, finishing, box forming, hand assembly and packing according to the approved specifications.
Rigid boxes, collapsible magnetic boxes and custom inserts are assembled and checked by trained production workers where manual forming is required.
Finished packaging is counted, protected and packed according to the box structure, shipment method and destination requirements.
Standard production usually takes approximately 12–15 working days after sample, artwork and specifications are approved.
